Our story is a simple one. Sarah- crafty, witty and thirsty for hobbies to take up the time she doesn’t have-stumbles upon an interest in glass work. After a mere 6 stained glass classes, she jumps right in and creates two large custom windows for her younger sister, Elizabeth.  On the very day the windows were to be installed, catastrophe strikes – Elizabeth breaks one of the windows.   Nearly 14 years later, Sarah and Elizabeth drag out the broken window, dust it off and fall in love with it all over again.  The reparation process begins simultaneously with Elizabeth’s introduction to stain glass .  After several months, the window looks as good as new and a star is born.  Elizabeth proves to be a natural glass artist.   The sisters have spent countless hours happily working on many, many glass projects – both large and small. 

At Del Sol, we create glass art for those who enjoy looking at it just as much as we enjoy making it.  We love to incorporate crystals and bead work into our designs.  We are currently working on several projects, happily collaborating as more creative ideas flow into our work.
